Our products are E-Commerce that are digital downloads for saving and printing. Our E-Commerce products are shipped by a 3rd party. If you have any product issues, please inbox us about the issue & we'll work to resolve it for you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION

At MyDigitalGarden, our digital downloads for saving and printing, or our Digital Landscape

Design Products are not returnable or eligible for refunds..

To return/refund our art and accessories you must inbox us with a reason (quality or damage),

and pictures showing the issue. If we approve and issue an RMA for the product, we will give

you return shipping details. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will process your refund.

PayPal/ApplePay Fees

If you paid with PayPal or ApplePay we hold $4 of your refund to cover the processing fees WE paid and we DO NOT get refunded by PayPal/ApplePay.

If you paid with a plan like Affirm, or a similar plan, your refund will go to the original payment method. We do not issue cash or alternate refunds for products purchased with a payment plan.
